  This location is delicious! Love mr zagros , this location gave so much food in the platter which yes it's expensive but it fed me 3 meals !
  
  Skip the dishes gives you 3 sauces to chose here it's 2& they charge for hummus which is annoying since you pay $16 for a platter. But it delicious !

  First and Last time I try this place!
  With all the good recommendations I got for this place, I thought to myself I can't be left out here and miss out on the good stuff! Oh maan was I wrong!
  I got a mixed shawarma plate with beef and chicken shawarma.
  First of all the skewers looked old, burned and beat up, you should balance your meats according to your anticipated traffic, so your skewers don't stay overnight and get old the next day!
  the beef was not edible, smelled really odd! and the chicken was a tiny better, but too greasy and heavy!
  the tzatziki sauce has nothing to do with tzatziki, too watery and not saucy at all! no tahini with the beef shawarma!
  the whole thing was nothing but a pile of bad stuff, for $15.00, I ate half of it and I literally got sick 10 minutes after! felt awful, never again!

  The food here is great but the service is absolutely awful no matter what time of day, no matter how many customers are or are not ahead of you.
  I placed an order for a chicken Shawarma wrap, time from payment to actually receiving the wrap was 18 minutes!!!
  
  (2019-07-31: Update: They seem to have improved service quite dramatically: during my last 3 visits there were more staff working and they have dramatically improved service. Wait time for a chicken wrap is now the expected 2-5 minutes.  Changing review from 2 to 5 stars now).
  
  The quality of the food here is excellent.

  This used to be my favourite shawarma place in town.  I think since the place has been franchised things are not quite the same.  Still a good chicken and beef shawarma but the quality and flavour is definitely not where it once was.  It's a very busy spot so the staff appear to be efficient but tend to scramble a bit. They are extremely busy with skip the dishes orders so walk in customers are usually waiting for a while for their order.

  Dont come during lunch or dinner hours. Your better served to order through skip the dishes then to come in person. They have the people in the restaurant wait until the skip the dishes orders are complete before they will work on their order. The staff is also all over the place. This location used to be a well oiled machine and now is nothing more than a hot mess.
